It also has a custom silicone coated paper backing which provides excellent cutting and weeding properties. Oracal 951 Metallic’s clear, solvent based permanent adhesive provides minimal shrinkage for permanent, durable, dimensionally stable graphics that can withstand severe weather and handling conditions.
