Our return policy is 7 days. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The product must be returned in the same condition as received and must be complete.
Our exchange policy is 90 days and again shipping and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We are here to do the best possible in making these two processes as economical and as easy as possible. However these are very large machines that do require specific handling and moving needs.

Notes:
- Hard drives have no return policy since once installed they will capture the serial number from your machine and they will not work with any other after that.
- There is a 20% restocking fee for items being returned that are not defective.
- We don´t offer return on electronic parts since they could be damaged due to power surges or other defective parts inside of the machine.
