This three year vinyl has a water based removable adhesive that cleans up easily up to 2 years after application. Oracal 631's amazing selection of 83 beautiful matte colors includes three metallic colors that suppress unwanted reflection, and also has a silicone coated paper backing which provides excellent release for easy weeding. • Extra care should be used when applying Oracal 631 to "Low VOC" or "Zero VOC" paints, as these paints may exhibit lower adhesion levels
