We have a giant parts and supplies department. Many parts ship from Dallas, Texas. Some parts ship from 6 other warehouses we have across the country, and others from Distributors and from the Manufacturer directly. Shipping can be fast as long as these other parties cooperate. But of course there are many angles here that cant be controlled by us. So your understanding is necessary.
