DIGINK Bulk Ink System 1500ml (CMYK) for Roland Printers

This robust bulk ink system is specifically tailored for Roland printers utilising ESL inks and compatible Roland inks and Mimaki printers utilising SS21 inks and compatible Mimaki inks. The bulk ink system comprises four 1500ml ink tanks, each equipped with four sockets for ink chips, ensuring uninterrupted high-volume printing operations. Employing this bulk ink system in tandem with DIGINK 1-liter bottle inks can significantly slash operational costs compared to cartridges, all while maintaining uncompromised print quality.

The all-in-one design reservoirs are neat and tidy. This helps to keep the printing area organized and reduces the clutter associated with multiple ink cartridges and packaging.

This bulk ink system features floater ink tanks specifically designed for printers equipped with standard dampers. These innovative ink tanks enable precise adjustment of ink levels and pressure to the printhead. With the ability to regulate pressure based on ink levels - higher levels for increased pressure and lower levels for reduced pressure - optimal printing performance is ensured, enhancing overall print quality and reliability.

Roland single chips compatible with eMax ESL3 and eMax ESL4 inks, as well as Mimaki permanent chips and resetter for SS21 ink, are all available as options. The chips only need to be purchased once as they are permanent.

Two bulk systems can be added in parallel for 8 colour printers.
