Introducing the Graphtec CE8000-ASF, a highly efficient and versatile automatic feeding system designed to streamline your cutting operations. GRAPHTEC's re-engineered automatic feeder unit works in perfect sync with their CE8000-40 cutter for lightning-fast, high-volume production.

The Automatic Feeder Unit accommodates various media, including paper, vinyl, synthetic media, and cardstock up to 18pt in sizes from 8.5 x 11” to  13 x 19”.Designed for seamless feeding, Graphtec’s advanced mechanism minimizes skewing and ensures a straight feed, adapting effortlessly to a variety of materials. 

The CE8000-ASF system is the perfect solution for high-volume, high-precision cutting tasks, which is key to enhancing productivity and efficiency in your workflow.

The ASF Unit can handle up to 150 Sheets (depending on thickness) of material in a continuous cycle, but with the ability to add more sheets without being required to interrupt the cutting process. This is a feature that will differentiate the CE8000-ASF and place it above any sheet feeding system.

AUTO SHEET FEEDER FEATURES:

High-Capacity Loading

150 sheet capacity (depending on media thickness)  at an average feed timer between sheets of 4 seconds, ideal for high-volume tasks.  With its unattended operation, you can load your media and walk away, allowing the system to complete its tasks without supervision.

The CE8000-ASF can read up to 4 registration marks on the first sheet it’s fed and then continue feeding media while reading an optional 1 or 2 marks for precise alignment and cutting accuracy.

Versatile Paper Handling

Capable of processing a wide range of materials from vinyl to 18pt card stock with minimal skewing, thanks to Graphtec's innovative feeding mechanism. It accommodates various media, including paper, vinyl, synthetic media and cardstock up to 18pt in sizes ranging from 8.5 x 11”  to 13 x 19”.

ADJUSTABLE TRAY

The output tray is adjustable, allowing you to set it at a 45° angle or flat for optimal material handling.

ADVANCED FEATURES

Variable Data & Serialization with Graphtec Studio 2 Software:
Variable data and serialization processing using Graphtec Studio 2 design software allows you to produce high-volume, customizable labels efficiently while ensuring traceability and uniqueness.

SOFTWARE

The ASF1-30 supports both Windows and Mac operating systems and is compatible with Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw using GRAPHTEC's Cutting Master 5 or the entry-level standalone software Graphtec Studio 2.

Using an EPS file from Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw, simply add Registration Marks to your design and import to our Cutting Master 5 software for faster, higher-quality results.

CUTTER FEATURES:

NEW TOUCH PANEL 

This new feature of the CE8000-40 Cutter gives users more flexibility with its Blind Touch Operation, enabling the operator to continually keep eyes on the media while it’s feeding.

Revisions to the menu are more intuitive and efficient, utilizing the new touchscreen feature with icons that allow for easier operation.

NEW BLADE Holder:

Improved design makes it easier to change tools and blade position by sliding the stopper forward and back.

Wireless LAN connection option improves flexibility of installation locations and environments, while the Standard Ethernet port accommodates a high-speed network connection.

USB Offline Operation

A secondary USB port is available for placing thumb drives so jobs can be uploaded and cut without the need of a computer. Select barcode function or select file directly from the thumb drive.

Datalink Barcode

By utilizing barcodes, you can save time and minimize the risk of production errors when handling numerous tasks with just a button press. DataLink can accommodate any blend of RIP software and printer, along with the bundled software of Cutting Master 5 and Graphtec Studio 2.

The CE8000 can identify cutting data linked to barcodes from the user's PC or USB flash memory, access the appropriate file, adjust the cutting settings, and initiate the cutting process automatically.

E-MAIL NOTIFICATION:

Completion and Error Notifications can be sent to users by email.

NEW ARMS 9

A new and improved Advanced Registration Mark Sensing System, or ARMS, for print and cut applications. The DataLink Barcode system is the new addition to ARMS. Barcodes may now be generated and printed as part of the design, which creates a hand’s free operation. The reading of Registration marks is faster increasing productivity.

Contour & die cut

Separate tool positions for contour and die cutting ensure the longevity of your blades and cutting strip when creating decals and graphics that are effortlessly popped out of Card Stock Media.
